Also he is the CEO of AudateMedia, a global marketing agency for small to medium sized businesses with a specilaity in acquiring customers with proven strategies.

Born in Boston from two Haitian immigrants, at seven years old Andy moved to Rhode Island. His youth education took place in the local Catholic elementary and middle schools in his town. During his early teenage years, Andy wanted “things.” Those things consisted of clothes, disposable money for fun, electronics and other unnecessary objects. His parents gave him the necessities (food, water, shelter) but Andy wanted more, so he applied and got a job. Work life started at the local fast-food restaurant, Wendy’s. This time, Andy is a full-time student-athlete playing on the basketball team and working full time in High School.

The money Andy was making in 40 hours was enough to match his needs but not enough to match his wants. There had to be a way to make more money, the minimum wage wasn’t cutting it. This turned out to make him a hungry entrepreneur. It started with a small online business, where Andy bought and sold products from the web and resold it on eBay.  After eBay and a couple different job opportunities, Andy found himself working full time at a small cell phone store. At this cell phone store is where Andy got his start at understanding the ins-and-outs of a small business.

The sales training was vigorous and they had to sell, sell, sell! Andy ranked up from sales representative to assistant manager to General Store Manager very quickly. Andy passed employees that were much older than him; more experienced than him and spent more time in that company than Andy did. Andy realized he had to own a business and not work for anyone else. Andy started a cell phone dealership with mid to high-end devices catering to the middle class. After 2 years of selling thousands of phones, making his first million dollar, Andy took that mentality and his entrepreneurial spirit to the west coast, where he moved to California to start a marketing firm to help other small businesses accomplish what he did, and to grow and scale with new customers.

His marketing agency has received awards from fortune 1000 companies because of his marketing strategies in helping small businesses get in front of new customers, and acquire those new customers much more quickly with sales and marketing automation.
